Tickets
Your ticket will be your name badge which can be collected on the morning of the registration. Keep this with you at all times.
Payments and Confirmation
- All payments are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
- If you have nominated to pay by invoice, we will send you an invoice within 24 hours. The invoiced amount is due in in full within 10 working days, failure to do so will result in your reservation being cancelled.
- If you have nominated to pay with credit card or PayPal you payment will be processed immediately and we will send you a receipt within 24 hours.
Cancellations and Changes
- All cancellations must be made in writing to .
- Cancellations made two weeks before the event will be refunded the invoiced amount less a $50 administration fee.
- Cancellations made within two weeks of the event will be refunded 75% of the invoiced amount.
- Cancellations on the day will not receive any refund.
- You may select a substitute delegate to attend provided you notify WEB09 within 48 hours of the event.
Food and Beverage
We should have an excellent selection of food and beverages, there will be a good selection of vegetarian food, but should you have any other special requirements please email: .Privacy
- Your credit card transaction is managed via PayPal.com on their secure servers, we do not store or see your credit card details.
- We will not pass your email address on to any 3rd parties and will only contact you if required to manage you conference ticket or tickets.
